  On April 19, the hydro-test of 3# HPHT PC boiler for Dongyin Gangcheng project was conducted successfully for one-time, which was witnessed by CSEI, the owner, construction part and supervisors. The pressure increased to test pressure13.9MPa at 11:48 A.M, after 20 minutes hold, came down to design pressure 11.1MPa.Each technical index for 3# boiler met the design requirements after overall inspection. There aren’t any leakage and residual deformation happened on pressure parts and welding joints, which made a complete success.
