On August 28th, 2023, the Delegation led by Mr. Wang Shihai, Party Member of Tuokexun County Government in Xinjiang Autonomous Region, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Tuokexun Energy Industrial Park visited CWPC for research and guidance. Mr. Mao Jihong, the Party Secretary and President of CWPC, Mr. Jiang Congmin, the Technical Director of CWPC, Mr. Huang Youquan, the Executive Director of China Western Power Industries, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CWPC, and Mr. Wang Hao, the Executive Director of China Western Power Engineering & Construction, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CWPC, warmly received the delegation.
Accompanied by CWPC President, Mr. Wang Shihai and his delegation had a field study and research, visiting CWPC exhibition hall, manufacturing workshops and the Project of comprehensive bonded zone developed and constructed by CWPC, knowing about CWPC operational status.
Subsequent to the field visit, a government-enterprise symposium was conducted. CWPC President, Mr. Mao, warmly welcomes the visit of Mr. Wang Shihai and his delegation, reported on CWPC development strategy, core businesses, product advantages, and the significant achievements made by CWPC in the sector of environmental protection and new energy in details. Mr. Jiang Congmin, CWPC Technical Director, provided an in-depth overview of the collaboration with Xinjiang Shengxiong Energy Co., Ltd. (Shengxiong), regarding the aim and work plan of CWPC and Shengxiong to expedite renewable energy initiatives locally, foster a deeper alliance in the new energy domain, and lay groundwork for co-establishing Big Energy Base in Tuokesun.
Mr. Wang Shihai lauded CWPC for its comprehensive capabilities and strength and the achievements in the field of new energy. He said: “We warmly welcome enterprises like CWPC to set roots in Tuokesun, cooperating with local businesses to create a powerful and complementary partnership. This collaboration is anticipated to expedite the realization of the Big Energy Base in Tuokesun. Additionally, the Tuokesun Industrial Park is committed to bolstering CWPC local growth by creating a conducive developmental environment. It’s sincerely hoped that CWPC will act as a catalyst, attracting more top-tier businesses to establish and flourish locally, thereby augmenting the park's development trajectory.”
