The national "the Belt and Road" strategy has also brought new opportunities for China Nepal cooperation and injected new impetus into Nepal's development.
On the morning of November 4, the Mayor of Kathmandu, led a delegation led by Nabin Manandhar, President of the 17th District, who was appointed as the delegation leader, to visit CWPC for inspection. Xiao Bingdong, a member of the Standing Committee of the Zigong Municipal Party Committee and Executive Vice Mayor, attended on behalf of the Municipal Party Committee and Government. President Mao accompanied the delegation to visit CWPC’s exhibition hall, the production site and the PPP - Comprehensive Bonded Zone project invested, constructed and operated by CWPC for on-site inspection, to understand the production and operation situation of the enterprise.
Subsequently, both sides had a discussion, and Chairman Li, on behalf of CWPC, warmly welcomed Nabin Manandhar and the delegation to visit. The focus was on introducing CWPC's professional strength in new energy, new technologies in the field of environmental protection, and other areas. CWPC attaches great importance to the development of the Nepalese market and hopes to utilize its advantages in technology, products, experience, and investment and financing capabilities to provide professional system solutions for the daily treatment of 3000 tons of municipal solid waste incineration power generation project in Kathmandu. CWPC is confident in making the project a high-quality project, boutique project, and demonstration project in South Asia and even globally, contributing CWPC's strength to the local socio-economic development. In recent years, CWPC has been committed to international development, taking advantage of the national "the Belt and Road" strategy and adhering to strengthening the new energy industry. Xie Zhiwei, Deputy General Manager of CWPC E&C, shared the company's investment and financing, operational performance, experience, and cases in the field of waste incineration power generation at home and abroad, and introduced the cooperation with Nepal Huaxia Investment Company to jointly build a 3000t/d municipal solid waste incineration power generation project.

Xiao Bingdong welcomes the delegation's visit to Zigong to inspect CWPC.
