Xiao Yutong, Chairman of the Fifth Supervisory Committee and Supervisor of the Sixth Supervisory Committee, presided over the Supervisory Committee, which deliberated on and passed the motion on the election of the Chairman of the Sixth Supervisory Committee.

The new Board and Supervisory Committee will strictly follow the provisions of the Company Law, the Securities Law and other laws and regulations, departmental rules and regulations, normative documents and the Articles of the Company Association.
