In order to enhance the management ability, professional ability, and comprehensive quality of the company's management team and marketing technology team, enhance market competitiveness, and promote high-quality development of customer service, the company attaches great importance to it and has formulated the "Wisdom in CWPC" talent training plan. The aim is to inject new vitality into the team through professional learning and practical training, enhance the team's centripetal force, cohesion, and practical ability.

 

On April 14th, the company's "Wisdom in CWPC Marketing Series Training - Innovative Thinking and Management of Key Account Sales Teams" training officially began. Nearly 100 middle and senior management personnel, marketing personnel, and technical personnel of the company participated in this training.

Chairman Li Renchao personally attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech: He first analyzed the main problems of the company's marketing team under the current situation, which is the lack of a wolf like and systematic marketing system. This training invited a specially appointed lecturer from Huawei University, a renowned teacher from Huawei Global Training Center and a national second level psychological counselor, Professor Tu Feng, to give a lecture. The training lasted for two days, and the application of innovative thinking in marketing work was explained in a simple and concise manner, combining "training+practice" with current market trends and enterprise reality. Through case sharing, group discussions, and other forms, guide students to think about problems from different perspectives, stimulate innovative thinking, and enhance their problem-solving abilities.

For this training, my biggest gain is the change of marketing thinking.
