Kyrgyzstan President Zaparov Received Li Renchao, Chairman of CWPC and His Delegation

On the morning of August 13 local time, in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Kyrgyzstan President Zaparov warmly received Li Renchao, Chairman of the Company, Li Zhongyuan, Vice President, and Khabibula Abdukadyr, Chairman of Hyper Partners Group, Askar Abraham Shkur, Vice President of the Group/Assistant to the Chairman , and Lv Xubo, General Manager of the Group in China at the Presidential Palace. The three parties had in-depth exchanges on green energy, natural resources development and extensive economic and trade cooperation, and reached multiple cooperation intentions.

In recent years, under the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative, China and Kyrgyzstan have achieved remarkable results in cooperation in various fields. As a friendly neighbor and comprehensive strategic partner of Kyrgyzstan, China has always been an important driving force for Kyrgyzstan's development. In a friendly and warm atmosphere, the President received Li Rencao and Khabibula Abdukadyr, Chairman of Hyper Partners Group. Li Rencao introduced to President Zaparov in detail the development history, main business, industry status and expansion in the global market of CWPC, focusing on the company's new technology, new performance in the field of new energy and environmental protection and the medium and long-term planning of the enterprise, especially the company's technical strength, equipment advantages, engineering construction in municipal solid waste treatment, photovoltaic, wind power, energy storage, fossil power generation, hydropower and other aspects, project management, operation and maintenance, as well as the company's investment and financing, operation performance, experience and cases in waste to energy at home and abroad.

 

President Zaparov spoke highly of CWPC's innovative achievements and technical strength in the field of green energy. He pointed out that Kyrgyzstan is the core area of “One Belt, One Road”, the bridgehead from Asia to Europe and Persian Gulf countries, which is of great significance to the energy security of Central Asia and Europe, and hoped that the cooperation will be reached as soon as possible, which will provide a new impetus to promote the common development of the region and enhance the well-being of the people of all countries. The president emphasized that Kyrgyzstan has rich renewable energy resources, including solar energy, wind energy, hydro energy, etc. He hoped that Hyper Partners Group and CWPC would join hands to promote the development and utilization of green energy. The three parties also conducted in-depth discussions on cooperation in the field of natural resources development. President Zaparov pointed out that Kyrgyzstan has rich mineral resources, including gold, copper, uranium, etc. He hoped to strengthen cooperation with Chinese enterprises and jointly explore the potential of these resources, so as to inject new impetus into the economic development of Kyrgyzstan.

 

Li Renchao said that CWPC will actively respond to the call of the Kyrgyz government, give full play to its own technical and resource advantages, and is willing to carry out pragmatic cooperation with the Kyrgyz government and enterprises, and contribute more to Kyrgyzstan's energy construction and economic and social development. He believed that under the joint efforts of the three parties, the cooperation between China and Kyrgyzstan in the field of energy will achieve more fruitful results.

 

The President's reception laid a solid foundation for future cooperation among the three parties. We will further strengthen communication and exchanges to promote the implementation of various cooperation projects. We will also actively explore new areas and modes of cooperation to jointly address energy challenges and add bricks and mortar to the comprehensive development of the relationship between the two countries.
