Recently, in the “2023 Annual Bench-marking of Energy Efficiency of CFB Generating Units in the Power Industry” organized by the China Electricity Council (CEC), the CWPC’s customer, Jinkong Power Shanxi Guodian Wangping Power Generation Co., Ltd., won the third and seventh place in the 2023 CFB Unit Competition for 150MW-class CFB air-cooled heating units with its 2# and 1# units. In this benchmarking activity, hundreds of active units across the country participated. The activity score was composed of energy efficiency score, environmental protection score, reliability score, and comprehensive utilization score. The 1# and 2# units of Jinkong Power Shanxi Guodian Wangping Power Generation Co., Ltd. ranked third and seventh in the 150MW-class CFB air-cooled heating unit list with scores of 162.61 and 133.52, respectively. The boiler of this unit was designed and supplied by CWPC, with the model number HX725/13.34-II1 and drawing number 7KS. It mainly adopts patented technologies such as ignition air distribution and isobaric air chamber technology, combined air cap method, CFB boiler anti-deflection device, and dilute-phase anti-wear device. It also adopts three steam-cooled cyclones and a two-part “J” valve return structure, which fully guarantees the comprehensive performance of the boiler.

This honor marks that the unit has reached the national advanced level in terms of energy efficiency, environmental protection, reliability, maintenance and long-term continuous operation of CFB boilers of the same class in the country. It represents that CWPC has reached the leading level in the boiler manufacturing industry in terms of the design and manufacturing capabilities of circulating fluidized bed boilers in the 150-200MW class.
