At the meeting, the two sides conducted in-depth discussions on international energy market opportunities under the "dual carbon" goal, and reached a strategic consensus on the development of new energy projects in Southeast Asia, Central Asia, Africa, etc. Xinjiang Institute, relying on its technical advantages in traditional thermal power, new energy photovoltaic, wind power and other fields, deeply integrated with the company's power plant EPC general contracting, equipment manufacturing and investment and financing capabilities, jointly built a "technology + equipment + capital" full industry chain overseas model, complemented each other's advantages, and worked together to create a benchmark for international cooperation.

At the symposium, Li Renchao gave a detailed introduction to the layout of CWPC in the field of new energy power generation along the "Belt and Road". He pointed out that CWPC has been operating in nearly 60 countries and regions around the world, forming a mature technical system, rich project experience and market foundation. This cooperation with Xinjiang Institute will combine Xinjiang Institute's regional advantages and technical strength in Central Asia with CWPC's equipment manufacturing and engineering implementation capabilities to jointly create a benchmark project for wind, solar and storage integration and promote the optimization and upgrading of the global energy structure

Gao Wenlong introduced the technical team and core advantages of Xinjiang Institute. He said that as a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Electric Power Engineering Consulting Group Co., Ltd., Xinjiang Institute has always adhered to the development concept of "innovation, green, digital intelligence, and integration" to promote the construction of power transmission channels and clean energy technology research. He hopes that the two sides will strengthen cooperation in the fields of new energy research and power facility design, deepen energy cooperation, and contribute to the global energy transformation, especially the Central Asian region.

The two chairmen reached a consensus to give full play to their respective advantages and focus on promoting energy power generation projects in Central Asia. It is hoped that through team communication and collaboration, China's wisdom and strength will be contributed to the global energy transformation and green energy cooperation and development under the "Belt and Road" initiative

Qiang Wanqing, deputy general manager of Xinjiang Institute, Zhang Xiang, deputy general manager of Xinjiang Dingyao Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd., Huang Youquan, director and vice president of the company, Jiang Congmin, director and technical director, Tang Wei, deputy chief economist and general manager of CWIC, Zheng Xu, executive vice general manager of CWEC, and Huang Xiaolong, deputy general manager, attended the discussion.
